Clients are responsible for providing requested information, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner to prevent project delays.
Project Timelines & Revisions

Project timelines begin once all required materials, content, and deposits have been received.

Standard revisions are included as outlined per service; additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Delays in client communication or incomplete materials can result in adjusted deadlines.
Payments & Invoicing

All services require a deposit to begin work.

Remaining balances are due according to the invoice schedule or contracted terms.

Work will not continue on overdue invoices until payment is received.

Late payments may result in additional fees and project delays.
No-Refund Policy

All deposits, retainers, and payments made to Xquisite Marketing are non-refundable.

Deposits secure time, resources, staffing, and project scheduling, and therefore cannot be refunded for any reason.

Payments for all work completed—whether delivered in part or in full—are also non-refundable.

If the client cancels a project at any stage, all funds paid up to that point remain non-refundable and any outstanding balance for completed work is still due.

Clients agree not to pursue chargebacks or payment disputes for non-refundable amounts.
Scope of Work & Additional Fees

Services include only what is outlined in the signed agreement or approved proposal.

Any add-ons, last-minute changes, or additional tasks outside the original scope will be billed separately.

Rush fees may apply for expedited deadlines.
Content Delivery

Final files (photos, videos, designs, websites, etc.) will be delivered upon receipt of all final payments.

Xquisite Marketing is not responsible for the storage or backup of final files after 30 days of delivery.
Event Services

Clients must provide accurate event details and timely communication for successful planning.

Any changes made within 72 hours of the event may incur additional charges.

Xquisite Marketing is not responsible for vendor performance or external delays outside our control.
Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, marketing strategies, pricing, and project details.
Termination of Services

Xquisite Marketing reserves the right to discontinue services due to non-payment, breach of contract, or misconduct.

All payments made up to the termination date remain non-refundable.
