Throughout her career, Taujuanna has worked with organizations at nearly every stage of growth—from small, family-owned businesses and emerging entrepreneurs to established companies, nonprofit organizations, technology ecosystems, public figures, and presidential-level campaigns. Her work has included brand development, public relations, business strategy, workforce initiatives, experiential campaigns, strategic partnerships, community engagement, and large-scale program development.

As the founder and CEO of Xquisite Marketing, Taujuanna has led brand launches, business transformations, media campaigns, website projects, public-facing events, sponsorship initiatives, and strategic growth efforts across multiple industries. Her client and partner experience spans hospitality, beauty, professional services, entertainment, technology, workforce development, finance, community development, and nonprofit leadership.
Taujuanna is also the founder of Single Mom Network, an organization created to expand access to entrepreneurship, career development, financial education, technology, workforce opportunities, wellness resources, and community support for single mothers and their families. Through this work, she has developed programs, partnerships, workforce initiatives, event concepts, and long-term community development strategies designed to turn access into opportunity.
